Denis Pernath is a professional photographer with over twenty years of experience and expertise in all forms of staged photography.
Having learned his profession from scratch, Denis started out as an apprentice to renowned photographer and director Florian Seidel and soon became his assistant. After gaining further experience assisting other photographers, Denis launched his own business as a freelance photographer in the late 1990s.
Denis’ work covers portrait, corporate and fashion photography as well as documentary and feature photography. He has created advertising campaigns and images for many companies and his photographs have been published by a diverse group of magazines and newspapers. His work appeared in various books and has been repeatedly featured in exhibitions.
Denis has an in-depth knowledge of the technical and digital aspects of his profession and is known for accurately executing clients’ assignments as well as delivering fresh approaches to conventional topics. He likes projects involving many people but also appreciates working in small teams.
Additionally he serves as a lecturer for photography classes. What he especially loves about teaching is to share and pass on the enthusiasm he holds for his profession and to witness the students´ progress and development both on a professional and personal level.
Denis is into all kinds of sports, especially bike sports. He lives in Munich and works wherever his jobs take him.
